Service Timeline: Upon signing a contract, a project timeline will be established and shared with the client. Most services, such as email campaigns and flow buildouts, are delivered within the first 60 days, aiming to achieve at least 30% of email revenue during this period.
Reporting: Clients will receive detailed monthly reports that summarize the performance of email and SMS campaigns, as well as any ongoing optimizations.
2. Refund Policy
Service Fees: Due to the nature of our services, Dahaus Digital does not offer refunds once the service period has commenced. We are committed to delivering results, and our team will work diligently to meet the agreed-upon objectives.
Cancellation Before Commencement: If a client wishes to cancel the service before the project begins, a full refund may be issued, provided no work has started. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available.
